The clients for this project knew what they wanted to achieve- a state of the art coffee roastery in lower Queen Anne with a small cafe in the front to create a coffee hub for the local community. As their second location in Seattle, we understood the need to elevate the aesthetics while maintaining brand consistency. Sleek, nordic inspired finishes including ash wood, dark stone, and blue tiles were incorporated to create a distinctly Danish coffee shop. They are now routinely packed with coffee and pastry lovers, and patrons frequently spill out to their chic elevated sidewalk cafe to sip house roasted coffee and enjoy views of the Space Needle. 

The roastery was such a success that we’re now collaborating on their next adventure- a jewel box cafe in Dexter Yards.
