Our city dwelling clients, looking for a second home close to family and grandchildren, landed upon a gem property in Woodinville. Surrounded by horse farms and bucolic rolling hills, they soon realized that despite the lackluster interiors, this could be a great place to host sleepovers for grandkids and pool parties in the summer. 

We furnished the interiors with an upscale country aesthetic, mixing modern pieces with nineteenth century antiques to create a collected, inviting home. In the dining room, the wood trestle table expands to accommodate large Thanksgiving gatherings, and window nooks provide a cozier spot to read a book while admiring the back gardens. As a whole, the property provides places to gather and retreat if needed- the perfect country escape from urban living.
