Working with Ali was an absolute pleasure. She was incredibly responsive, professional and helpful throughout the process. After having a conference call and going over our style preferences at the onset, she put together a proposal that was completely in line with our style. Any time we gave feedback on suggestions where we wanted different options she countered with exactly what we had in mind. We were really worried about some of the space constraints we were up against when it comes to San Francisco apartment living, but we were able to navigate through relatively effortlessly with Ali coordinating with the vendors. I hired Alison to develop drawings/renderings to help me market my two properties - an existing 1934 cottage and a buildable lot. The locations, orientations, and setbacks of the two properties were very complex and I'd been struggling for years on how to present them to potential buyers. Alison dug in, clarified a lot of ambiguity around setbacks and other development issues by personally meeting with the City, and delivered an outstanding set of drawings - on time and below her original estimate. Whip smart, creative, responsive, and great to work with - outstanding experience overall!
