The classy homeowners who purchased this home loved the location- great schools and close proximity to an extensive park system made this a no brainer when it came to finding a spot to raise their family. Unfortunately, the expansive home was stuck in the 90s both in layout and finishes. 

We helped the homeowners reimagine the dated main living floor. Removing walls, reconfiguring plumbing, and installing a new large center island made the home perfect for hosting large family gatherings. The gracious entry leads way to a buttoned up living room with sight lines through to the party kitchen. New panoramic doors were installed to create a seamless connection to the large backyard and entertaining deck. A cohesive color palette of grays, blues, and white tones stitches the rooms together. The final result is a spacious, welcoming home completely reflective of the homeowner’s glamorous aesthetic.
